GON PC-903RB and PC-903WB are high-viscosity transparent polycarbonate pellets specially developed for blow-molded 5-gallon drinking water gallon barrels. PC-903RB is formulated for white water gallon, whereas PC-903WB is tailored for blue gallon. Both grades come with built-in release agent for effortless demolding, compatible with injection, extrusion and blow molding processes.

Outstanding comprehensive mechanical & thermal properties: high toughness with 74.0 kJ/m² notched Izod impact strength, 145°C Vicat softening temperature, and UL94 V-2 thin-wall flame retardant rating, supporting long-term safe use of water jugs.
Premium optical clarity featuring 89% light transmittance and ultra-low haze of only 0.8%, presenting crystal-clear transparent appearance for finished barrels, alongside stable electrical insulation performance.
