Optimize the efficiency of the device and lay a solid foundation for production

Since May, the production department has organized a team of capable people. Each shift is composed of a three-shift operation team led by an experienced deputy team leader and two technical backbones. The advanced hot nitrogen purge process is used to systematically regenerate 8 refining towers. During the operation, the technicians are on duty throughout the whole process, monitoring the nitrogen temperature at the outlet of the heating furnace and the temperature changes in the tower in real time, strictly regulating the operation process, and ensuring that the impurities and sediments in the tower are completely removed. The completion of this work will significantly improve the purity of the polypropylene powder product, effectively reduce tiny impurities, and provide a solid guarantee for product quality.
For the key propylene tail gas separation and recovery unit (PSA), the company has implemented a comprehensive molecular sieve update project. The production department coordinated the human resources of four teams, and after 72 hours of continuous day and night work and collaborative work, successfully completed the replacement of about 6 tons of molecular sieves in 8 adsorption towers in the first and second stages of PSA. This upgrade will not only significantly reduce the content of propylene factors in tail gas emissions and ensure environmental protection standards, but also significantly improve the recovery efficiency of residual propylene, realize resource recycling, and effectively reduce raw material consumption and improve input-output ratio.
This special optimization action not only consolidates the operating foundation of the company's production equipment, but also will achieve multiple breakthroughs in product quality improvement, environmental performance improvement and economic benefit growth.
