GON POLYMER.1 recently completed its 25-day annual shutdown overhaul, laying a solid foundation for long-term safe, stable equipment operation.
Focused on full-plant pressure pipeline inspection, the overhaul also included technical upgrades and hazard fixes, overcoming multiple challenges. The company set up a general-manager-led headquarters, adopted grid management and deployed key forces for core links.
Safety was a top priority. Via pre-training, work permit control and special supervision, it achieved "zero accidents, zero injuries, zero pollution", improving overall management. GON POLYMER.1 will take this as a starting point to pursue higher production goals.
