GON-B7120 is an ultra-low-density ethylene-butene POE copolymer composed of 72.3% ethylene and 27.7% butene. It delivers outstanding impact toughness and soft elasticity, ideal as a high-performance toughening modifier for TPO, foam shoe materials and wire & cable compounds. Provided as cylindrical pellets compatible with extrusion and injection processing.
Ultra-low density of 0.862 g/cm³, ultra-soft Shore A 45 texture for superior cushioning and flexibility
Low melt flow rate brings stable melt strength, perfect for foaming and cable extrusion processes
Excellent impact resistance, greatly improves the toughness and cold resistance of modified polyolefin materials
High elongation at break over 500%, great stretch recovery for foam and flexible products
Uniform cylindrical pellet form, easy to blend and compound with PP, PE and TPO substrates
Neutral formulation without harmful additives, stable performance for long-term foaming and modification production
